Employment Opportunity - Partnerships Manager

Summary Description
The Partnerships Manager focuses on new business development through group ticket sales and new corporate partnership agreements. The manager reports to the VP, Commercial Strategy and Partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Prospecting new corporate partnerships and analyzing target companies
  • Generating new revenue via new business partnerships
  • Create new inventory that is sellable in the current landscape
  • Assist/manage day-to-day partner fulfillment of contractual rights and benefits, including trafficking media for USA Gymnastics broadcasts, print/web ads, logo integration, event signage, event tickets, hospitality, and social/digital fulfillment
  • Create and present partnership packages designed to meet a prospective clients' objective
  • Manage partner/athlete relationships and communication as needed
  • Create monthly/yearly client touch point calendar
  • Manage and fulfill corporate partnership agreements in the assigned book of business
  • Assist Marketing Manager as it relates to event activation for USA Gymnastics premier events
  • Maintain relationship/day-to-day communication with broadcasting partners
  • Work with USA Gymnastics media team to edit and traffic USA Gymnastics commercial units
  • Obtain, file and collate trafficking reports for USA Gymnastics records
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts as it relates to promotion of premier events
  • Create digital marketing programs that promotes our events and sells group/individual tickets
  • Assist with day to day tasks to help market premier events
  • Other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements and Competencies

  • Clear understanding of the digital landscape in the sports marketing industry
  • Ability and flexibility to travel with weekend/holiday work as needed
  • Ability to influence through visual communication and creative expertise
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience, working with global sports & entertainment properties, leagues, teams/clubs, ambassadors and/or influencers
Other Information
  • Position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana
  • Salary and benefits commensurate with experience
  • Weekend work and some travel will be required
