General Description
This individual is responsible to assist with the day-to-day administration of the Educational Services department. This position will assist USA Gymnastics efforts in the promotion of a safe, healthy training environment for all participants, and will promote compliance with and enforcement of applicable USA Gymnastics rules, policies, and safe sport provisions in the gymnastics community. This position reports to Director of Educational Services.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Post daily online course activity and upload corresponding certifications
  • Query/activate 3rd party vendor post completion of courses
  • Daily processing of USA Gymnastics University registrations
  • Administration of online courses
  • Assist with the development of new educational materials
  • Administrative support for Judges Accreditation Program
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of national and regional congresses
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of other live educational courses
  • Provide customer service support and staff 800-membership line when needed
  • Respond to inquiries from members about Educational Services
  • Manage content for educational partners
  • Assist with travel accommodations
  • Onsite Congress management
  • Prepare web and course statistics
  • Review and submit financial forms for educational courses
  • Update program judges’ profiles and courses
  • Prepare pre/post packet live course materials
  • Market and schedule live courses
  • Communicate to participants, presenters, and exhibitors about regional congress
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Degree from an accredited college or university required; advance degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in administrative setting
  • Experience Adobe products [Illustrator/Photoshop], Microsoft Office
  • Online Learning Management Systems

  • Willingness to embrace and use new technology
  • Must be highly organized and efficient to meet deadlines
  • Strong intuitive and reasoning skills
  • Travel required
