The Men’s National Coaches Workshop is the premier educational event for the Men’s Program. Open to not only the coaches attending the Future Stars Championships, but to all coaches in the nation, the workshop features lectures, technical presentations, and hands-on coaches' sessions with Future Stars participants. Presenters include Junior National Coaching Staff members, National Team coaches, sports science experts, U.S. Olympic Committee staff and special guests.

The Future Stars Championships is held in conjunction with the Men’s National Coach’s Workshop. In November of each year, the most talented 10, 11, 12 and 13 year old male gymnasts in our nation gather at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the Future Stars National Championships. This unusual competition combines routines on the six Olympic Men’s events with special routines involving strength, flexibility and trampoline as these athletes embark on the road to elite development. The top athletes in this competition in each age division will comprise the U.S. National Development Team. Years of experience now tell us that the vast majority of our National Team members of the future will come from this group of extremely talented young gymnasts.
