Paul Bretscher (Huntsville, Ala./Merino Trampoline Gymnastics Academy) and Trevor Harder (Winston Salem, N.C./Caroline Elite Trampoline Academy) will kick off a busy month of Pan-American competition for U.S. athletes this Sunday in Brazil, as the 2022 Pan American Championships get underway.
Elite competition at the 2022 USA Gymnastics Championships kicked off Thursday evening at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa. National champions were crowned in the acrobatic and rhythmic disciplines.
USA Gymnastics member coach Breasha Pruitt, owner and women's competitive head coach at Breasha Pruitt Elite Gymnastics in Evansville, Ind., has been named this year's Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Coach of the Year for the Taube Family Prize in Recognition of Excellence in Coaching.
Reagan Chan (Lehi, Utah) is set to represent the U.S. in parkour at The World Games next month in Birmingham, Ala. Chan has been a parkour athlete for nine years and is part of the YGT Freerunning team. This will be her first live appearance on the global stage for the U.S.
